Designed for precise continuous dosing of the supplied powder materials into the loading zone of the extrusion lines or into the mixing hopper.
The operation principle
The dosing of the material is carried out using replaceable screws with their own performance value.The metered material from the silo or container for raw materials is fed into the weighing module using a vacuum loader. A pneumatic cylinder is installed between the vacuum loader and the weighing module. The weighing module has 1 load cell and is filled cyclically, when the pneumatic cylinder is opened, the hopper is filled from 7 to 15 kg. After that, the pneumatic door closes. From this moment, the system starts counting and regulating the supplied material at known values of the initial portion and the actual material consumption.The control system combines several weighing modules, has its own controller that allows calculations for the exact dosage of each component. The value of dosages for each of the components is entered by the operator manually or from the system memory for a saved recipe. Each weighing module has its own agitator to eliminate material hanging inside the hopper.
