The first Aleko GR 1000 dispenser has been successfully tested in our production

Recently we told you about the expansion of the product line of weight dispensers manufactured by Aleko Machinery.

To the already popular models of the GR series (GR150 and GR300), new products with a capacity of 500 kg/h (GR 500) and 1000 kg/h (GR 1000) have become an excellent addition.
The market demand for such dosing systems with higher productivity is confirmed by several orders received by us immediately after the announcement.

We share the news: the first Aleko GR 1000 dispenser has already been successfully tested in our production this week and went to the new owner!

Recall that the gravimetric (weight) dosing systems "ALEKO", GR series are designed specifically for the dosing of bulk granular polymers and are based on the principle of feeding a certain portion of additives to the bulk of raw materials, each of which is measured by weight, and the system configuration allows you to enter from 1 to 6 components.

The GR 1000 dispenser can be installed both on separate high-performance extrusion lines and used, in combination with a pneumatic flap, for dosing on separate containers. This will ensure the production of the finished mixture in automatic mode.

You will be able to get acquainted with the new products at the Interplastika 2022 exhibition, which will traditionally be held on January 25-28 at the Expocenter in Moscow.
