A NOVELTY on the Russian market! Top Hem Line

The automatic line for turning the top of the bag and for sewing the PE liner Top Hem is designed for:

• Bags with a liner and ordinary bags without a liner
• Laminated polypropylene bags and non-laminated polypropylene bags  

The uniqueness of the line is the minimization of manual labor in the production of PP bag with a rolled–up top or PP bag with a polyethylene liner. The new equipment performs all operations in automatic mode.

Features:

• Automatic process of leveling the top of the bag, turning and fixing the top of the bag with a liner
• Automatic feeding device increases efficiency and reduces manual labor
• Minimum number of defects due to mechanical grippers

• Bag width: 500-650 mm 
• Bag length: 670-1200 mm
• Liner thickness: 15-50 microns for HDPE; 25-80 microns for LDPE
• Capacity: 13-18 bags/min (depends on the quality of the workpieces)
