A request has been received from the client. According to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Packaging Safety" No. TR CU 005/2011, a sign on the possibility of disposal must be applied to all types of packaging, indicating the material from which the packaging is made. If the bag is intended for contact with food, there is also a special symbol for this.

The simplest and least expensive way to apply such marking is flexographic printing. The symbols are applied with black paint, the sealing area is small, which means that the cost of paint is small. The most effective way of printing is from roll to roll.

Most manufacturers have a minimum number of colors in a printing machine – 2.

The solution to this issue was a single-color printing machine, which was developed by our partners. This machine is relevant for batches of bags without a logo, but with mandatory labeling.
